Customer Service
~Answer incoming calls, both internally and externally, in a warm, pleasant and professional manner.
~Respond to all calls following proper telephone etiquette and taking detailed messages when appropriate.
~Ensure that messages are relayed promptly to the intended person.
~Greet all visitors, residents, family members and employees in a warm and helpful manner. ~Ensure that the reception areas are clean, neat and inviting.
~Offer refreshments to visitors and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
Administrative
~Assist the Community Relations Director in handling inquiries as necessary.
~Assemble residence brochure packets and mail as requested.
~Assist the Executive Director and/or other departments with additional administrative duties as assigned.

Arbor Ridge at Huntersville located in Huntersville, NC is seeking to hire an extraordinary individual to fill 0ur Full-time (Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm) will welcome visitors and answer incoming calls in a warm, pleasant and professional manner. Maintain a clean and neat reception area, handle assigned duties and provide administrative support as needed .
