Begin a new career in healthcare today as a Personal Care Assistant.

Begin making a difference in

seniors' lives tomorrow.

Join the growing Deerfield Ridge family

today as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), and we'll teach you how to provide an excellent resident care experience for the seniors who call our communities home.

No experience necessary.

We'll provide the training.

If you're warm, energetic, and kind, there's a place

for you on the Deerfield Ridge team of caregivers!

By helping a senior get to meals and activities, which without assistance could be difficult or unsafe.

How can you make a difference as a PCA?

By helping make mealtime

an enjoyable and

nourishing experience.

By helping a senior with bathing lower extremities that might be difficult or painful due to bending restrictions.

By helping a senior with the tasks related to starting the day, like brushing teeth, styling hair, and applying makeup.

Are there opportunities

for growth?

You bet! Becoming a PCA is often the first step in becoming a part of the dynamic and growing senior care industry. PCAs often obtain Certified Nurse Assistant credentials, as well as licensure as a Medication Technician.

Many of Deerfield Ridge’s PCAs have gone on to pursue additional education and training to become Registered Nurses and Physician Assistants, as well as being promoted to other departmental leadership positions throughout Deerfield Ridge and beyond.

"I like making a difference. Around here, we¹re like family, which means there¹s always a lot of support. It¹s also rewarding to be able to mentor new team members. And there¹s no shortage of fun.

We work hard, but we play hard, too."

"I love the relationships I've developed with our residents over the past

15 years. They've become a part of my family."
