One-size-fits-all care doesn’t really fit anybody, so Ridge Care gives you options.

Our independent living communities provide a nice balance between the independent lifestyle your aging loved one wants with access to the care he or she needs — or one day might need. Private apartments, scheduled home care services provided by our on-site home care agency, three restaurant-style meals served daily in our dining room, and a robust social calendar make this a perfect option for the senior who needs supportive care but not the full complement of services offered in our assisted living communities.

Our assisted living communities are a perfect option for seniors who need around-the-clock access to caregivers to assist him or her with the activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.). Here, caregivers also ensure that your loved one gets the right medications at the right times, which is essential to keeping him or her healthy and well. Wholesome, dietician-designed meals are served in our dining rooms, while snacks are delivered to each resident’s room throughout the day and as requested. Daily activities organized and produced by a full-time social director help residents develop friendships and allow them to develop a sense of purpose, connection, and community. Residents can choose between spacious private and semi-private studio apartments.

Our Horizons Memory Care neighborhoods are designed to meet the unique and often challenging needs of seniors who are living with the effects of Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. Everything that happens in a Horizons neighborhood is intended to enhance safety, safeguard dignity, promote independence, and improve overall well-being. Horizons residents benefit from higher caregiver-to-resident ratios, caregivers who receive specialized dementia-related training, and ongoing consultation from Ridge Care’s Certified Dementia Care Specialist.
