    What does the resident care director do?

    The Arbor Landing resident care director is responsible for ensuring that our resident care team delivers an exceptional care experience for the seniors who call Arbor Landing home. Here, it’s all about wellness, and the resident care director makes sure we have the right people on the team to maintain and improve the health, safety, and quality of life of our residents. This includes leading ongoing training efforts, frequent quality audits, and ensuring compliance with policies, rules, and regulation.
