Ridge Care Senior Living, a leader in providing senior care, is seeking a compassionate and energetic team member for our Full-time Memory Care Wellness Coordinator, LPN position at Arbor Landing at Hampstead in Hampstead, NC.
A qualified candidate must have a background in dementia and Alzheimer’s as well as supervisory and assisted living experience.
Direct the memory care clinical team in ensuring quality care is provided in a manner which upholds the organization’s philosophy and well-being of those we serve. Ensure all required documentation and tracking systems are complete as required and all deadlines for completion have been met. Review daily any and all communication tools used in providing memory care services. Work with the Resident Care Director and Executive Director to ensure the resident services the memory care department operates within the community’s budget. Assist with the marketing of the community including developing relationships with local referral sources. Assume on call responsibilities on a rotational basis.
