- RN License Unrestricted.
- CPR certification.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to appropriately respond to in-person, e-mailed or written concerns or requests.
- This position requires your ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, special events and holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities
Resident Services
- Oversee Med Techs and CNA’s in providing quality care and meeting the needs of residents in accordance with Ridge Care policies and regulatory standards.
- Establish and maintain good relationships and frequent positive communication with residents, their families, physicians, and vendors.
- Coordinate resident experience with other department managers.
- Provide in-service educational opportunities for your team members.
