    • RN License Unrestricted.
    • CPR certification.
    • Superior time management and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to appropriately respond to in-person, e-mailed or written concerns or requests.
    • This position requires your ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, special events and holidays.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Resident Services

    • Oversee Med Techs and CNA’s in providing quality care and meeting the needs of residents in accordance with Ridge Care policies and regulatory standards.
    • Establish and maintain good relationships and frequent positive communication with residents, their families, physicians, and vendors.
    • Coordinate resident experience with other department managers.
    • Provide in-service educational opportunities for your team members.
