Summit Care at Home, a home care agency and Peak Pharmacy are also under his direction, providing services to residents within the Ridge Care network of communities and beyond. Jeff resides in Kernersville, North Carolina, the headquarters of Ridge Care, Inc. He has a B.S. degree in Healthcare Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and over 25 years of experience in multi-family housing to include nursing home, assisted living and retirement living communities. He is an active member of the American Senior Housing Association Board of Directors and supports local agencies pertaining to senior healthcare.

Since the formation of the company in 1997, Sam has been instrumental in the ongoing growth and expansion of what has become a regional senior housing provider. Through his efforts, Ridge Care, Inc. continues to grow through new projects and acquisitions. Sam has worked in the senior healthcare industry since 1992, holding various positions in skilled nursing and assisted living. Graduating from High Point University in 1990, Sam has a B.A. degree in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration and Economics. He is an active board member with several community and area organizations.
serves as the Chief Financial Officer/Senior Vice President of Operations at Ridge Care, Inc. He joined the company in 2006 as Vice President of Operations and has since transitioned into his current role. Steve has extensive experience in assuring budgeted census and financial expectations are met while ensuring regulations and guidelines set forth by the state as well as Ridge Care are met. Prior to joining Ridge Care, Inc., Steve spent more than 20 years in the senior healthcare industry serving as Operational Directors for Carillon Assisted Living, Balanced Care Corporation, Alterra Healthcare and American Care Communities. Steve is a 1990 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, receiving a B.S. degree in Healthcare Management with a concentration in Long Term Care Management.
is Vice President of Operations at Ridge Care, Inc., joining the company in 2005. She oversees the day to day operations of Ridge Care assisted living communities located in North Carolina. Tracey works with Executive Directors to ensure that each property is in compliance with Ridge Care, Inc. and state policies, procedures and regulations. She provides operational oversight and marketing support to six assisted living communities and four retirement living communities and is the Risk Management Operator for all 13 Ridge Care, Inc. communities. With 20+ years of nursing and senior healthcare management experience, Tracey works with Resident Care Directors overseeing clinical procedures to ensure the level of care received by our residents meets and/or exceeds Ridge Care, Inc. standards. She also serves as the Director of Summit Care at Home supervising RN’s who provide in-network care services to our retirement living residents. Tracey has a degree in nursing as a Registered Nurse from Greensboro Technical Community College. She is an active board member of the North Carolina Association of Long Term Care Facilities.
serves as Ridge Care’s Chief Operating Officer – a role in which he leads the company’s overall business development efforts, including sales, marketing, advertising, and public relations functions. Marc works closely with each of Ridge Care’s 13 communities to develop and implement innovative, results-focused strategies for gaining market share and enhancing the customer experience. Prior to joining Ridge Care, Marc spent a decade in key marketing leadership positions in the real estate and retail industries, most recently managing marketing communications for a large, Outer Banks-based independent retailer with twenty locations in three Eastern states. Marc earned a bachelor’s degree in English and political science from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
