On Thursday April 18th, Deerfield Ridge hosted their first Sock Hop for general assisted living residents.  Staff came dressed in their poodle skirts and residents came wearing 50s attire.  Burgers, fries and root beer floats were served, while 50s music played and took residents back to another time.  Staff and residents danced in their sock feet and showed others how the “Twist” was really done.
